Caroline Kuis

"Li-Anne is a brilliant teacher, she is supportive and caring. She has completely changed my thoughts on meditation and for the first time in many years I am now practising regularly. I am now able to enjoy life more and be more present."

About Li-Anne

I am a psychotherapist by training and have been teaching Buddhist meditation for over 14 years now. I love sharing the wisdom I have learned from my amazing teachers and find my purpose in helping lift lives from the depths of distress.

I teach awareness and calmness that transcends circumstances. It has been my passion to help more people in our world to awaken and live free from stress and suffering, and enjoy life by nurturing balance and clarity from within.
